Q: When should I log on to Z-Bay?
A: I would seriously log on about 10 minutes before the start time of the trip you want to bid on. That way if your watch is off you are sure to be on time!
Q: You are SLOW at entering the bids and updating the Z-Bay site!
A: Hey I’m only human and can only type so
fast! Make sure you are waiting at least 1 minute AFTER you
placed your bid.

Q: My computer is running
slow, and it is impeding my ability to use Z-Bay, what can I do?
Q: I lost my internet connection!
A: You may call in your bid, 944-2954 or 429-0500 just so not everyone loses their connection, I'm here by myself!
Q: You're not answering the phone!
A: Only one call at a time on 944-2954 or 429-0500. I DO NOT answer the phone on any other line!!!
Q: How many points do I have?
A: Log into your name on the employee list.

Q: What are the trips?
A: Look in the right column.
Q: Is this (insert whatever) included in the trip?
A: Most of the highlights I wrote down on the main page with the trips. If you have a legitimate concern contact Zak or Keith. All trips at least include hotel, and are for 2 people. Other things vary by trip.
Q: What time are you going by for the bidding?
A: The time for the bids are by my clock on my computer. That is the official time.
Q: I think I won the trip! How come my name and final bid doesn’t show up?
A: You must have bid slightly after the time limit. Sorry Dude.
Q: How do I know the time of your computer?
A: You don’t but I have the time of last bid posted underneath the pictures of the trips. Use that as a gauge. If the bidding has closed it will say closed and the name of the winning person.

A: Click Bid Now! Fill in ALL the Blanks!
Q: Z-Bay rocks! How come I can't bid on trips yet?
A: You can gain Z-Bay points by doing things. Usually they are rewards for hard work, years of satisfactory service, hiring bonuses, working out, and overtime. You are eligible for Z-Bay after your 90-day interim period.
Q: I thought I had more Z-Bay points than that!
A: No you don’t, if you do Keith doesn’t know about them.
